They will sleep for nearly 18 hours a day! One reason they sleep so much is because an important growth hormone is released only during sleep.
The girls are now trying their first taste of solid food-While Graham, our little momma's boy, continues to spit it out, of course
preferring to continue nursing

And, other times, she just has to take a break and let her tail do the work.
And sometimes play is about learning how to be a cat - here mom's watching carefully while her kitten learns to hunt.
Some milestones for this kittens age: Their sight becomes fully developed. Their deciduous (baby teeth) are are also coming in and should fully emerge around 8 weeks- and our teething babies are chewing and tasting everything - even their litter. They will have about 26 baby teeth that they will lose when they are around 6 months old. Grown cats have about 30 adult teeth.
Self grooming also is becoming a more important daily chore for the kittens.
And finally - it's time to start teaching them litter box basics.
So much to lean in such a short time span!
